describes the men of those days and the time they lived as afflicted with three evils:
a. Moral corruption (See: 6:5, 11-12)
b. Religious corruption. (Detached from above) c.
Violence and rebellion. (6:11 b)
But in the midst of this perverse generation is a remnant remained faithful to God. A small group of eight people who knew how to obey God and proclaim the Lord's message despite criticism, ridicule and oppression.
Jesus said, "as in the days of Noah, so shall also the coming of the Son of Man." So Christ compares this generation with the present in which we live. In this context Jesus said, "Be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect."
the same grace and power that recibi'o Noah to live the life of God in their time and serve their purpose, at this time we have the help of the Spirit of grace to live the life of holiness that God wants we live. Maybe.
Is it possible that, in similar circumstances and especially today, can live a life like that of Noah?
